Once I just allowed myself to be human, with all the foibles, things started to flow, and I could feel a change occurring in myself.
Ram Dass, spiritual teacher and author, helped popularize Eastern spirituality in the West. Dass is probably best known for his book "Be Here Now", and along with Timothy Leary, experimenting with the effects of psychedelic drugs in the 60s.
